About the Founder
Jude Sarkar founded MicroSec® after seeing how often people were left feeling overwhelmed or unsure when something went wrong with their computer. Through years of hands-on work dealing with real malware infections, online scams, and system failures, he noticed a pattern: most users didn’t just need a fix, they needed someone who would slow down, explain clearly, and put their safety first.
Jude built MicroSec® around that belief. Instead of rushing through repairs or using fear-based tactics, the focus is on transparency, permission, and education. Every remote session is designed so clients can see what’s happening, understand the solution, and feel confident about their technology again.
Today, Jude continues to lead MicroSec® with a security-first mindset, helping homeowners, seniors, and small business owners protect their devices and digital lives through careful, ethical, and human-centered remote support.
